Here, your mission as an HVAC/R Service Technician – Journeyman will allow you to diagnose, maintain, and restore heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while collaborating with the technical team in order to ensure the reliability and performance of our clients’ installations.

Your tasks
- Diagnose issues on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in order to restore equipment to proper working condition.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in order to ensure system durability and performance.
- Install or replace components such as motors, fans, coils, thermostats, heat exchangers, and compressors in order to maintain system compliance.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics in order to perform interventions properly.
- Carry out adjustments and final validations in order to guarantee HVAC system performance.
- Provide professional and safe customer service during service calls in order to maintain client satisfaction and trust.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of service practices in order to optimize internal processes.
- Perform other related tasks.
Your background and your strengths

- Completed DEP in Refrigeration.
- Valid CCQ journeyman competency card.
- Relevant experience in HVAC maintenance, installation, or troubleshooting.
- H1 environmental certification (an asset).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Autonomy, rigor, and ability to work independently on the road.
- Interest in new technologies and energy efficiency.
