Here, your mission as a Project Administrative Assistant will allow you to support project managers in the daily coordination of their activities and ensure the smooth administrative management of project files in order to contribute to project success and operational efficiency.

Your tasks

  • Provide daily administrative support to the engineering projects team to ensure smooth operations;
  • Create, organize, and maintain project files and technical documentation within internal systems;
  • Prepare quotations, administrative documents, and follow-ups in collaboration with project managers;
  • Monitor schedules, budgets, and contractual documents to ensure efficient project coordination;
  • Participate in the preparation of progress reports, tracking tables, and other project-related documentation;
  • Ensure clear communication between departments, suppliers, clients, and all project stakeholders;
  • Handle administrative follow-ups related to contracts, orders, supplies, and inventory associated with department activities;
  • Provide versatile support to the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes within the engineering projects department;
  • Perform other related administrative tasks based on departmental needs.

Your background and your strengths

Are you the person we’re looking for?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • College diploma or any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience;
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French;
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
  • Rigorous, structured, and detail-oriented approach to process management;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments;
  • Autonomy, strong organizational skills, adaptability, and excellent team spirit;
  • Values centered on commitment, trust, respect, integrity, and professionalism.
