Here, your mission as quotation agent, you’ll be responsible for preparing bids and handling client files, as well as ensuring rigorous follow-up on analyses, costs, and document compliance to guarantee quality service and smooth communication within the department and with clients.

Your tasks

Recommendation handling

  • Open calls for bids;
  • Submit price requests on Freshdesk;
  • Prepare the required spreadsheets;
  • Prepare and submit bids;
  • Process parts orders.

Customer file handling

  • Handle the recommendations email inbox;
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding service calls, parts, quotes, and the status of cases;
  • Ensure that files are updated and tracked;
  • Maintain a level of customer service that meets company standards.

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with the purchasing, dispatching, and billing departments, as well as technicians;
  • Handle priorities and ensure deadlines are met.

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform any other related administrative tasks associated with the position.

Your background and your strengths

Are you the person we’re looking for?

  • A college diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in refrigeration and air conditioning is a plus;
  • Any relevant training and/or experience in the air conditioning and/or refrigeration field may be a plus;
  • Proficiency with the MS365 Suite;
  • Attention to detail, thoroughness, and an analytical mindset;
  • Ability to work independently, with excellent organizational skills, and as part of a team;
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to emergencies;
