As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be at the heart of our operations, playing a key role in receiving, managing, and distributing materials. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.

Your tasks
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials from suppliers.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Distribute materials to the appropriate departments to support daily operations.
- Provide support to the Purchasing, Warehouse, Service, and Residential teams as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Actively contribute to a safe workplace by following all applicable health and safety policies and procedures.
- Perform deliveries when required and carry out other related duties to support operational needs.
Your background and your strengths
Are you the person we’re looking for?
- Relevant experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
- Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment (sit-down and stand-up).
- Knowledge of Maestro software is considered an asset.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence is considered an asset.
- Strong command of spoken and written French.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive.
- Ability to lift and move loads of up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Strong commitment to quality and a job well done.
