As a Junior Refrigeration Designer, you will work closely with our Vice President of Sales, who will mentor you throughout your professional development. By participating in client meetings, site visits, and every stage of the design process, you will quickly build your expertise while actively contributing to the launch and successful execution of our projects.

Your tasks
- Participate in client meetings and site visits to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Coordinate the follow-up required for project initiation and startup in collaboration with internal teams.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, the engineering team, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Design refrigeration and ventilation systems that meet technical, energy efficiency, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and technical proposals.
- Identify available grant opportunities and assist in preparing subsidy applications.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
- Perform any other related duties as required.
Your background and your strengths
Are you the person we’re looking for?
- College diploma (DEC) in Building Mechanical Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Engineering.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong attention to detail and professional rigor.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage follow-ups effectively.
- Technical curiosity and a desire to innovate.
- Versatility, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
