Your tasks

  • Clean floors, carpets, surfaces, windows, common areas, and restrooms to maintain a clean and compliant environment;
  • Keep cafeterias clean and welcoming for employees;
  • Manage waste, recycling, and compost to ensure proper and responsible disposal;
  • Replenish sanitary and cleaning supplies to avoid service interruptions;
  • Disinfect high-touch areas (handles, railings, bathrooms, furniture) to reduce contamination risks;
  • Monitor cleaning supply inventory and report shortages;
  • Report any maintenance issues or anomalies to help maintain safe and functional facilities;
  • Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment to ensure performance and durability;
  • Follow health and safety standards (PPE, WHMIS/SIMDUT, ergonomics) to ensure a safe work environment;
  • Assist with deep cleaning tasks and respond to special requests as needed;
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times;
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Your background and your strengths

Are you the person we’re looking for?

  • Relevant experience in cleaning, commercial, or institutional housekeeping;
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards (WHMIS/SIMDUT) – training provided if needed;
  • Autonomy and strong organizational skills;
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness;
