Here, your mission as a Commercial Refrigeration Technician will allow you to install and commission commercial refrigeration systems in order to ensure safe, compliant, and fully operational installations.

Your tasks

  • Install commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal operation from startup.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications in order to properly plan installation work.
  • Install components (compressors, condensers, evaporators, thermostats, etc.) to ensure integration complies with specifications.
  • Connect and braze refrigerant piping to ensure system tightness and safety.
  • Perform vacuum procedures, refrigerant charging, and performance testing to validate installation compliance.
  • Follow health, safety, and environmental standards on job sites to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Document completed work and prepare required reports to ensure proper traceability of interventions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and interact with clients to support the successful completion of projects.
  • Perform other related tasks.

Your background and your strengths

Are you the person we’re looking for?

  • Completed DEP in Refrigeration.
  • Valid CCQ competency cards.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in commercial installation (asset).
  • Strong manual skills, autonomy, and resourcefulness.
  • Availability to travel depending on project requirements.
