Here, your mission as a Control Technician will allow you to coordinate and oversee the progression of
refrigeration control projects and develop and optimize programs and installations, in order to ensure the performance, compliance, and quality of our systems.

Your tasks

  • Coordinate and monitor refrigeration control projects to ensure deadlines, technical specifications,
    and quality standards are met.
  • Install and connect inputs and outputs in control panels to ensure integration complies with plans and
    specifications.
  • Collaborate with electricians, refrigeration technicians, and other specialists to ensure technical
    consistency across installations.
  • Develop and program control sequences (Microthermo, CPC, Prolon, or others) to optimize system performance.
  • Prepare and finalize electrical plans at the end of each project to accurately reflect the work performed.
  • Perform adjustments and validations at project completion to optimize system performance. Safely handle pressurized equipment, refrigerant cylinders, and specialized refrigeration materials.
  • Support the sales department in preparing technical proposals by ensuring the accuracy of the control
    related components of projects.
  • Train and support team members to encourage knowledge transfer and long-term performance.
  • Assist the service department with control-related issues to contribute to efficient and lasting
    troubleshooting.
  • Perform other related tasks.

Your background and your strengths

Are you the person we’re looking for?

  • Training or relevant experience in controls, instrumentation, or refrigeration (according to the
    applicable collective agreement).
  • Strong interest in refrigeration control systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and control sequences.
  • Ability to collaborate with various technical stakeholders.
  • Desire for continuous learning, resourcefulness, and strong analytical skills.
