At Sertech Électrique, you will work on stimulating projects within a rapidly growing company. Since 2008, we have been providing consulting, installation, integration, and dispatching services for the industrial and commercial electrical sectors across Quebec. We are also the electrical division of Zero-C!
Here, your mission as an Electrical Estimator will allow you to analyze projects for tender and prepare complete, structured estimates while collaborating with management and installation teams in order to ensure competitive proposals that meet technical requirements.

Your tasks
- Analyze plans, specifications, and tender documents in order to fully understand the scope of work to be completed.
- Quantify materials, equipment, and labor requirements in order to prepare accurate estimates.
- Evaluate direct and indirect project costs in order to ensure bid profitability.
- Request pricing from suppliers and compare proposals received in order to optimize project costs.
- Validate the compliance of proposed equipment in order to meet project technical requirements.
- Participate in site visits when required in order to better understand project-specific conditions.
- Organize and structure bid documentation in order to maintain complete and well-organized files.
- Support the Project Manager with material orders and project close-out documentation in order to ensure continuity between estimation and execution.
- Perform other related tasks.
Your background and your strengths
Are you the person we’re looking for?
- DEC in Electrical Engineering Technology, AEC in Construction Estimation, or other relevant training.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimation or the electrical field.
- Good knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code.
- Building electrical certification completed (strong asset).
- Excellent command of spoken and written French.
- Autonomy, organizational skills, and analytical rigor.
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
