As a Billing Clerk, your mission will be to manage the billing process and support certain payroll-related administrative activities in order to contribute to the company’s financial and operational efficiency.

Your tasks

  • Collect and verify billing information to ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare and send invoices in order to meet deadlines and client requirements.
  • Follow up on customer accounts to ensure clear transaction documentation.
  • Verify billing information in order to reduce errors and discrepancies.
  • Respond to client questions regarding invoicing in order to provide professional and efficient service.
  • Prepare administrative reports to ensure proper follow-up on payments and files.
  • Gather and validate payroll-related information in order to support employee data processing.
  • Collaborate with sales, accounting, and customer service teams to ensure smooth file management.
  • Perform other related tasks.

Your background and your strengths

Are you the person we’re looking for?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • College diploma or any combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Maestro software (an asset).
  • Excellent spoken and written French.
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
