Here, your mission as HVAC/R Service Refrigeration Technician will be to diagnose, maintain, and restart commercial systems while collaborating with the technical team to ensure the performance and reliability of our clients’ installations.

Your tasks
- Work on systems using HFC, and CO₂ refrigerants to ensure proper operation (CO₂ training provided).
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures in order to restore systems quickly.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Install and replace components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and motors to ensure system compliance.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics in order to perform interventions properly.
- Carry out adjustments, commissioning, and final validations to guarantee installation performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service practices and interventions.
- Perform other related tasks.
Your background and your strengths
- Completed DEP in Refrigeration.
- Valid CCQ journeyman competency card.
- Relevant experience in HVAC/R service, maintenance, or controls.
- Valid H1 environmental certification (asset).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, and ability to work on the road.
- Interest in CO₂ systems and sustainable technologies.
