Here, your mission as a Parts Clerk – Storekeeper will allow you to manage parts and inventory while supporting field operations and internal teams in order to maintain an efficient and structured supply process.

Your tasks

  • Manage the warehouse and ensure its integrity in order to maintain an organized and functional environment.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels through cycle counts and other methods in order to ensure parts and materials availability.
  • Verify material requests in order to ensure order accuracy.
  • Prepare materials required for job sites in order to support smooth operations.
  • Process supplier returns and warranty follow-ups in order to ensure efficient handling of non-compliant or unused items.
  • Enter data into the computer system in order to ensure inventory traceability and accuracy.
  • Produce barcodes and perform inventory transfers in order to maintain up-to-date inventory records.
  • Optimize product relocation in order to maximize storage space.
  • Maintain inventory code (SKU) integrity and updates in order to ensure reliable inventory data.
  • Assist with receiving merchandise in order to support verification, unloading, and storage operations.
  • Perform other related tasks.

Your background and your strengths

Are you the person we’re looking for?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 software.
  • Knowledge of Maestro software (an asset).
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities with autonomy and resourcefulness.
  • Strong team spirit and ease with interpersonal communications.
  • Good judgment, strong sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.
