Here, your mission as a production laborer will allow you to maintain production tools and support manufacturing and logistics activities while ensuring cleanliness and workplace safety in order to maintain an efficient and compliant work environment.

Your tasks
- Maintain production tools in order to ensure proper operation and durability (lubrication, cleaning, visual inspections, and reporting irregularities).
- Keep work areas clean and safe in order to maintain an organized environment aligned with internal standards.
- Manage waste, recycling, and exterior building maintenance in order to preserve cleanliness and safety.
- Receive and prepare shipments in order to ensure shipping quality and compliance.
- Perform production-related tasks (cutting, painting, assisting workers) in order to effectively support manufacturing operations.
- Inspect equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts in order to ensure safe operation and proper condition.
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes when required in order to facilitate material handling.
- Collaborate with management to organize workshop space and workflow in order to optimize project execution.
- Perform other related tasks.
Your background and your strengths

- High school diploma (an asset).
- Good command of spoken and written French.
- Manual dexterity and attention to quality work.
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, and strong sense of priorities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
