Here, your mission as a Project Manager will allow you to plan, coordinate, and oversee manufacturing projects from design through commissioning while ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met, helping drive project success and customer satisfaction.

Your tasks

  • Launch new projects while ensuring compliance with established internal processes.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure feasibility and commitment.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and communicate objectives, key milestones, and expected deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress using project management tools, including Gantt charts and Microsoft Project.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and change requests to minimize impacts on cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Monitor project budgets, labour costs, and material expenses, and proactively address variances.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate commercial project execution, including contractual requirements, billing information, and project amendments.
  • Prepare project performance reports and financial reports to support effective project tracking and decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, procurement, accounting, and other departments to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead project closeout meetings, document lessons learned and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Share knowledge and best practices to support team development and project excellence.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Your background and your strengths

Are you the person we’re looking for?

  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience or 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered a strong asset.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Experience with cost estimation, schedule management, and project coordination.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively while acting as a resource person and mentor.
