Position Summary

Your mandate

The Business Development and Technical Support/Service person possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, and organizational skills and multitasking abilities. Strategic analysis is an important aspect of the job, as are exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.

Proposed challenges

  • With your strong customer service skills, you maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new prospects. You will meet with customers to discuss their needs or make improvements to their systems and follow up on agreements.
  • You will evaluate contracts, present them and have them signed by customers at a meeting, and then ensure that they are renewed within the required period.
  • You possess technical skills and a good understanding of our products and the competition in the industry, to innovate on new approaches with the service team.
  • You know the objectives and expectations of the industry and support your colleagues with your expertise and ensure that requirements are met.
  • You will be expected to fill in for the dispatcher and technical supervisor during their absences.
  • You will perform other related administrative tasks.

Desired Profile
