Position Summary

Your mandate

In collaboration with the Service Department team, your mission will be to support billing, dispatch and other Service divisions, effectively and efficiently in accordance with your mandate.
Proposed challenges:

– Your autonomy and organization in your work will enable you to carry out invoicing, price and parts research, update customer files, as well as classify various documents;
– You enjoy contact with others when receiving or generating calls. Your good communication skills are a strength when it comes to setting up appointments with customers or placing orders with our suppliers;
– Your analytical skills are called upon when reviewing call statuses and work orders.
– Resourcefulness and versatility are part of your skill set when it comes to taking inventory of technicians’ equipment, entering and updating contracts, following up on start-up reports, and producing various reports, lists and/or tables;
– As this is a multi-tasking position, you will provide back-up for departmental vacancies and absences, as and when required;
– You will perform other related administrative tasks.
