Position Summary

You monitor IT equipment inventories and ensure hardware installation. You will support IT users professionally and efficiently, and document IT procedures. You will also apply platform updates, to ensure high availability of services provided.

Proposed challenges

• You have the ability to manage several files simultaneously, such as assisting the network manager in taking charge of the various systems and doing daily monitoring of the appropriate systems, backups, networks and other indicators;
• Assisting users in the use of IT tools and ensuring high availability of services provided are part of your daily routine;
• Your organizational skills are called upon to keep track of IT equipment inventory and deployment;
• Your autonomy is an asset when it comes to applying updates to the various platform components, documenting IT procedures and participating in equipment maintenance;
• You will perform other related tasks.

Desired Profile

Are you the person we’re looking for?

• You have a DEP in computer science or equivalent, and you’re willing to travel on occasion, thanks to your car and driver’s license;
• The following technologies don’t sound like Chinese to you: Firewall, VPN, switches, wireless networking, AD, virtualization systems, RDP, Windows 10/11, Linux, PowerShell (scripting in general), iPhone and iPad devices, M365 Suite software;
• You have a technical command of LAN equipment and the ability to follow instructions to support WAN equipment;
• You communicate well in French and your dialogues are oriented towards courtesy and respect;
• Your values include commitment, trust, rigor, integrity and respect.
